• Account info: name, email, password (hashed).
• Creator info: display name, audience size, social links you choose to share, crypto wallet for payouts.
• Usage data: clicks on your referral link, referred sign-ups, transactions tied to your code, IP hash, basic device/browser info.
• Coupon redemptions: email of the buyer who redeemed a coupon, the coupon code, and the time of redemption.

• Run the affiliate program and pay you commissions.
• Validate coupons and enforce the one-per-email-per-month rule.
• Detect fraud and protect the Service.
• Send important account and payout notifications.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with processors we need to run the Service (e.g. hosting, payments, analytics) under appropriate contracts, or when required by law.

We use a small set of cookies that are required to keep you signed in and to attribute referrals. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Payout and tax-related records may be kept for up to 7 years to comply with legal obligations.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@kyndsavings.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security including TLS in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and row-level security on the database. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.
