Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 14 days of the original charge for a new monthly or yearly subscription. Renewals are not refundable but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

Lifetime purchases come with a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 30 days the purchase is final.

Email support@kyndsavings.com with your order ID. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

If a refund is issued, the related affiliate commission is reversed. If the commission has not yet matured it simply will not be paid; if it has been paid, it will be deducted from the next payout.

Discounts from coupons are non-refundable as cash. If you refund a purchase that used a coupon, the coupon redemption is voided so the customer is again eligible to use a coupon next month.

Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may result in account suspension while we investigate.
