You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

When you become a creator you receive a unique referral code and link. You earn a commission when someone you refer makes a qualifying purchase, subject to the commission rules in your dashboard.

• You may not use spam, misleading ads, or self-referrals.
• You may not bid on our brand keywords in paid search.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the program.

As a creator you can issue discount coupons. Each coupon may be used by many people, but the same email address may use a given coupon only once, and only one coupon (any coupon) per email address per calendar month is allowed. You may delete or deactivate coupons you created at any time.

Earnings are paid in cryptocurrency to the wallet address you set in your dashboard. Minimum payout thresholds and refund-protection windows are shown there. We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address you provided.

You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe anyone's rights; (c) attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the Service; (d) use bots or automated tools to inflate clicks or referrals.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your activity is fraudulent. Pending commissions earned through abuse may be voided.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings, traffic, or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KyndSavings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of commissions paid to you in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the dashboard or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
